Render is one of the most affected surfaces in London. Its texture traps moisture, and north-facing or shaded elevations rarely dry out properly between rain events. Green algae and black mould build up quickly in these conditions. We use a low-pressure soft wash system with a specialist biocide that works through the surface rather than just cleaning it.
